By accessing and using the BUY Sim platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BUY Sim provides a browser extension and dashboard to assist users in automating order processing on government procurement portals. We are not affiliated with any government entity.

Operating Entity Status

BUY Sim operates as an INFORMAL SOFTWARE SERVICE WITHOUT:

  • Formal business registration (Sole Proprietorship, LLP, Pvt Ltd, etc.)
  • GST registration or compliance
  • Income Tax PAN for business
  • Trade licenses or regulatory certifications

USER IMPLICATIONS:

  • Payment receipts are provided, not tax invoices.
  • No GST is collected; input credit cannot be claimed.
  • Services are provided "as-is" without regulatory oversight.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for subscriptions, technical issues, or account termination. Please evaluate the service carefully before subscribing.

Subscriptions are billed annually. Secondary user licenses are billed separately. Payments are discretionary and final.

5. Limitation of Liability

BUY Sim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, nor for any functional changes, downtime, or interruptions originating from third-party websites or services.
